If we have provided a quote, we will invoice you separately.

If you purchase an artwork without requesting a quote first, please be advised that we will calculate shipping and insurance and invoice you separately.

The customer is responsible for all insurances, duties, taxes and fees.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

PICK UP

You can collect your purchased artwork at the StockRoom 6/200 Turner Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by appointment.

REFUNDS

If you have questions about any artwork, please ask us prior to purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind. 

Purchase of artworks is final upon pickup or dispatch. 

Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with the delivery of your artwork or if the artwork is damaged on delivery.

A refund request may be considered if there is a material flaw in the artwork that should have been identified prior to shipping ie: the artwork would not have been purchased by a reasonable person if viewed in person, the artwork is unsafe, the artwork is fundamentally or significantly different from the description or image provided by Red Desert Dreamings Gallery. Please contact us immediately and describe your concerns.

CURRENCY

Artworks are priced in Australian Dollars.

ARTMONEY

Artworks can be purchased using ArtMoney. Please complete the purchase on the website using the ArtMoney option and we will contact you to complete the purchase through ArtMoney (you will need to create an account with ArtMoney).
